Naam = Ingame + realname
E-mail adres = Email adress
Bericht = Message

Stuur mij een kopie = Send me a copy
Verzenden = SEND

Please make sure you put your Date of Birth, Realname, Country and volute ID in the bericht(message) box while sending in your application to become an admin!
